<3 new diet plan  

                            So started a new plan to loose weight
so far lost 6lbs in a week which is great.
                                      The plan...
        *1 cup of coffee in the morning
            *at least 3 cups of greentea a day
               *2 cups of alpine tea before bed (laxative effect)
                  * slim pills two before a meal (rapidly increase your metablisim as you eat)
                    * gym twice a week burn about 200cal

The effect....nothing going in everything coming out

Are they called slim pills? And are they expensive?

Sorry for all the questions. Lol I've just been looking for a new diet pill to try that works. Lol

lol thats ok.they are called Healtheries naturally slim and i think there is two types fat burner or fat blocker.
i have the fat burner ones and only cost me about $15

thats amazing, I have been basically doing that on my own without planning it, but since i work really early in the am i havent been risking the lax, but instead taking sleeping pills, but tomorrow i dont work so i will take lax instead, here is to removing all the gross stuff that just sits in you endlessly
