wan2bskinee: I owe you a world of thanks. After reading your binge-weight log yesterday afternoon I had enough courage to step on the scales only to find that I hadn't gained a pound! *WHEW!* You are my total inspiration!
Yesterday was a good day for me, but the results this morning are a little disappointing. I only ate a few green seedless grapes, one stalk of celery, and one veggie dog (45cals) with a slice of bread (70cals) with mustard and relish (less than 15cals) to find that I only lost one pound. I am at 134 and cant seem to get out of this rut. Is it the carbohydrate intake that is killing me or what? Maybe I need to start laying off the fruits and veggies?
I have to really start to get serious with this, it won't be long before school starts and I have to get an entire new wardrobe. I am planning on spending at least a grand on clothes and dont want to invest a cent on this P.O.S. body that I have now. Sooooooo, here is the game plan for today: Setp #1: up the Zantrex3 like
thevertigo1 suggested to last week. One at wake up, one preworkout, one afternoon, one before each meal, etc. Step #2: workout twice a day Step #3: eat my veggie dog meal earlier in the afternoon not the evening. PLEASE let this work for me... I am nearly out of ideas without going to extremes that will become noticable to my husband.
Speaking of my old man.... We went shopping yesterday and I told him I wanted to get some PowerBars (Pria Bars) and he said okay. He knows I want to get in really good shape before I go clothes shopping so I think my stepped up diet-exercise plan wont raise any red flags for a while. He's the typical non-observant guy, but nonetheless I love him....
Well that's all the news for now. I am about to get my exercise thing on, so I gotta get gone.
Ciao!
