Your favorite "safe" food
Arhhh...I've been really good whole week but my bf came over on the weekend and made sure I ate. Now I've gained couple of pounds.

Can someone recomend me some low-cal food that I can eat in front of him?

Maybe because they don't want to get blamed if something happens to us?! Even tho my bf tells me that I'm fine and I don't need to lse any weight I know that secretly he would like me better if I was skinnier

oooh, i just posted one... kimchi. its a korean dish... cabbage marinated in lots of spices... very spicy.. makes you feel so full. it is 15 cals per serving and the serving size is rather large because I have a huge jar of it and it says that giant jar is only 8 servings.

I love kimchi...should stock up on it...the only downside that it gives you bad breath and make you fart

Low-cal fruits like melon, raw veggies, oatmeal, fat-free hot chocolate and sugar-free jello are some of my faves.

well, a serving of regular instant oatmeal is 100 cals and pretty filling. also, it's easy to make and has fiber and whole grains so it's good for you!

You could try bouillon. Put some mushrooms and scallions in it, and make it before he sees you. Then eat it while he's there, and he'll think you're eating soup. That works for me when people are making sure that I eat, and it's really low cal!

Chop some 8-ball zucchini into rings, saute them (frying in water), then when they're nice n soft and golden, tip them on a plate, pour over vinegar, and salt and pepper. Yum!
